Christopher Johnston

Christopher Johnston is a journalist focusing on environmental issues facing coastal Louisiana. He is pursuing a Masters in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University. Chris is a Fellow in the International League of Conservation Writers and a member in both the Society of Environmental Journalist and Investigative Reporters and Editors.Chris believes that South Louisiana is home to one of the most diverse ecosystems in the world. An ecosystem that is constantly under threat by oil spills, hurricanes, coastal erosion, and just overall neglect by government and the citizens of Louisiana. He hopes to change that by bringing you stories of the challenges facing Louisiana and it's coastal communities and the people working daily to fight and solve those challenges.
